EMDR supports the brain’s natural ability to process and resolve distressing experiences.
IFS helps you understand and care for the different parts of yourself with compassion and curiosity.
Somatic and regulation tools build stability and resilience through the body.
Sessions are collaborative, grounded, and tailored to your pace.
Depending on your pace, we can meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. This can adjust based on your needs, schedule changes, and availability.
Each 55-minute session follows a steady rhythm so you always know what to expect.
1. We orient: a brief check-in to identify what feels most present - thoughts, emotions, sensations, or patterns showing up that week.
2. We regulate: using grounding or nervous-system tools to bring stability and readiness before deeper work.
3. We process: through IFS or EMDR, following the thread of what arises while staying attuned to your pace and comfort.
4. We integrate: connecting insights back to your life, relationships, and routines.
5. We close intentionally: with grounding, clarity, and next-step awareness so you leave steady, not raw.
Between sessions, many clients notice the compounding benefits - quicker recovery after stress, a more compassionate inner dialogue, and moments of genuine calm that begin to last longer.
Over time, these shifts become the new normal.
Appear “high-functioning” but feel often overwhelmed, chaotic, or close to burnout
Crave more feelings of calm, clarity, groundedness, and self-understanding
Want therapy that honors both science and soul
Are ready to move from merely coping to increased capacity and thriving
The first step is a consultation - a space to explore your goals, ask questions, and determine together if this approach feels like a good fit.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll collaborate on a plan that fits your current capacity and helps you achieve your desired outcomes.
